The actress Elisa Mouliaá has shown herself very affected this Monday after learning that the Madrid Prosecutor's Office has requested the acquittal of former deputy Íñigo Errejón in the process for the events she reported for alleged sexual assault, considering that consent existed between them and that the events are not constitutive of a crimeIn an appearance on the program Espejo Público, Mouliaá stated that "I prevented him from raping me" and recounted part of her experience, pointing out that he grabbed her by the hand and she herself freed herself, something that, according to her, demonstrates that there was no implicit consent. The actress said she felt harassed and that she was the one who stopped the situation.
Mouliaá affirmed that he does not know if what happened is considered a crime, but insisted that the events did take place and were "completely real". He also referred to other women who, he said, could be victims of similar situations, even though none have filed a formal complaint.
