The agreement, which is now closed, awaits validation by Maricarmen herself, the 87-year-old neighbor who was evicted last Wednesday and who, since leaving home on a stretcher, has been recovering at the Gregorio Marañón University Hospital. The EMVS has reported that the details will be communicated shortly, although for the moment no further details about the conditions of the return have been released.
