Esperanza Aguirre has made an enormous leap between an unconfirmed suspicion and a public accusation against an entire humanitarian organization. The former president of the Community of Madrid stated this Monday on the social network 'X' that No Name Kitchen "seems" to be the NGO that distributes materials in Ceuta for making Molotov cocktails.
The message lacked documents, official sources, or evidence to support such a serious accusation. Aguirre also did not explain the reasons for her targeting. She merely echoed accusations spread in recent hours by several far-right media outlets and profiles, which have placed migrant aid organizations at the center of their attacks during the Ceuta crisis.

An accusation that the Interior Ministry does not support
The origin of the controversy lies in several reports that spoke of people allegedly linked to No Name Kitchen identified after buying etching acid and aluminum foil. These products can be used to make homemade devices through a chemical reaction inside plastic bottles. The purchases did not lead to arrests, nor is there direct evidence linking them to the objects thrown during the disturbances.
The Ministry of the Interior has denied that humanitarian organizations working in Ceuta are being investigated for these events. According to information advanced by RTVE, there is also no official police confirmation to support the accusation spread by Aguirre.
No Name Kitchen has rejected any involvement in the manufacture or distribution of devices. The entity assures that none of its members had been contacted by the Police in relation to these purchases and asked that what it considers "unverified hoaxes" not be presented as proven facts.
The targeting comes after Aguirre described migrants arriving in Ceuta as "invaders" and suggested that the Government intends for them to stay in the autonomous city. Her new message now shifts responsibility for alleged violent acts to an entire NGO without any authority having established that link.
No Name Kitchen was born in Belgrade in 2017 and has been working in Ceuta since 2021. Its activity includes the distribution of food, clothing and water, basic healthcare, legal support and the documentation of possible human rights violations. No public authority has accused the organization of distributing Molotov cocktails.
