The judge of Badajoz Beatriz Biedma, known for having investigated David Sánchez, brother of the Prime Minister, has reported to the National Police that former magistrate Luis Sáenz de Tejada pursued her in a car after she testified as an injured party in the Audiencia Nacional for the 'Leire Díez' case, according to a document accessed by Europa Press.
The complaint was filed with the Superior Headquarters of the National Police of Extremadura and places the events around 7:15 p.m. on October 8, the same day that Beatriz Biedma appeared as an injured party in the Audiencia Nacional.
A white car next to the vehicle she was traveling in
According to the account in the complaint, Beatriz Biedma was driving on her way to the Talavera de la Reina airport (Toledo), accompanied by her daughters, when one of them warned her that a "white car", without the license plate being identifiable, had pulled up parallel to her vehicle.
According to the document, that car was occupied by Luis Sáenz de Tejada, a fact that the judge includes in her communication to the National Police.
The imputation agreed by Judge Pedraz
In this procedure, the judge of the Audiencia Nacional Santiago Pedraz charged the former judge as the alleged perpetrator of crimes of criminal organization, slander, and against moral integrity, thus acceding to Beatriz Biedma's request.
The judge herself had requested this imputation after testifying as an injured party, stating that she felt persecuted and distressed by the alleged harassment of Luis Sáenz de Tejada, whom the Civil Guard links to the alleged plot investigated in the Leire Díez case.
