The ultra agitator Vito Quiles has presented his new digital project with a very clear statement of intent. In the launch video for 'Combativos', he assures that he wants to “finish with Sánchez” and promises “judicial sources, investigation, secrets and information” from influential people capable, according to him, of bringing down the Government. The staging comes wrapped in “resistance” language, with a political campaign aesthetic and direct appeals to a “politically incorrect” community.
The project defines itself on its website as a “comprehensive communication medium and free platform,” although its letter of introduction moves much closer to agitation than to journalism. The welcome message speaks of a “media revolution that will liberate Spain” and offers events, meetings, interviews, news, and investigations to “change the course” of the country. The boundary between information, activism, and campaign against the Executive remains quite blurred from the first minute.

The video includes a particularly striking presence: Víctor de Aldama, businessman convicted by the Supreme Court in the masks case. Aldama appears as one of the supporting figures for the launch just after having received a sentence of four and a half years in prison, the execution of which has been suspended due to his collaboration with Justice. The convicted commissioner thus goes from being a central piece of a corruption plot to a media attraction for a platform that presents itself as a battering ram against Pedro Sánchez.
The promotional piece also features names such as Esperanza Aguirre, Miguel Bernad, president of Manos Limpias, and journalists linked to investigations against the socialist environment. The common thread is always the same: judicial cases, leaks, accusations about Zapatero, Begoña Gómez, the PSOE, and the President of the Government. Quiles barely disguises the political objective of the project. He formulates it himself in his launch message.
A history marked by confrontation and harassment
The leap of ultra Quiles comes after several months of controversy in institutional venues. The PSOE has denounced him for harassment and stalking of several senators and political analyst Sarah Santaolalla, while the Congress Bureau temporarily withdrew his press accreditation for incidents in the parliamentary sphere. His figure has consolidated in the ultra-right as a profile of direct confrontation, more focused on conflict than on the usual codes of journalistic work.
Aldama's appearance gives the launch an added political charge. The businessman was convicted of crimes linked to the Koldo corruption plot, although the Supreme Court valued his cooperation to suspend his entry into prison under conditions. Quiles now presents it as part of an offensive against Sánchez, at a time when corruption, police reports, and judicial cases have become the main ground for wearing down the Government.
