Vox has increased pressure on the Popular Party in the final stretch for Juanma Moreno's second investiture vote in the Andalusian Parliament, by pointing to the popular party as responsible for the agreement between both formations not having been closed.
Figaredo has stated that his party maintains its willingness to reach a pact, but has questioned why the PP has not accepted a proposal that, he has defended, does not differ from agreements reached in other autonomous communities. He has also pointed out that Vox's proposals in Andalusia are similar to those that have allowed pacts with the PP in territories such as Extremadura, Aragon or Castilla y León, which is why he has expressed not understanding "why what works for Extremadura or Aragon or Castilla y León will not work for Andalusia"
Thursday's parliamentary session will be decisive, since in the second vote Juanma Moreno needs a simple majority to be invested president, which leaves the direction of Vox's vote or abstention as a determining element in the outcome.
