We already have the election results in Aragon.

First of all, I want to congratulate the Popular Party and Alberto Núñez Feijóo for the great result that the far-right Vox has obtained. Congratulations for having contributed to the far-right going from seven to fourteen seats, that is, for having doubled Vox's representation in Aragon

I understand that the strategy of the Popular Party is to swell Vox. I understand that it has been the objective, because it is not explained in any other way. It is not normal, from a strategic point of view, that with a completely demobilized Socialist Party, sinking in the autonomous communities, with a PSOE that drags an evident problem of mobilization —in large part caused by Pedro Sánchez—, the PP has not been able to take advantage of this context. It is evident that the PSOE has a serious problem and must find a solution.

With this scenario, and with an increasingly unbridled and populist far-right, only one explanation remains: the strategy of the Popular Party is to continue feeding Vox. It is not understood that, with such a favorable context, the PP does anything other than give away votes to the far-right. It has not had it easier in its history and, however —and I say this without irony—, it has not achieved its true objectiveThe PP has lost seats in Aragon in favor of Vox and now it will be difficult to form a government, as is already happening in Extremadura. Aragon will therefore be another community in which the Popular Party will have to sweat to govern, depending on a far-right that is increasingly radicalized in its methods and discourse. Despite Jorge Azcón having won the elections, the PP will have to negotiate and submit to the demands of Santiago Abascal's party to achieve investiture in the Courts of AragonWe will see what happens now, but what is clear is that the Popular Party has not achieved its political objective. It has won the elections, yes, but **it has not managed to govern without** **depending on the far-right**. On the contrary: now it depends twice as much, because Vox has gone from seven to fourteen seats

And in this context so favorable for the PP, what do they think of doing? Bringing in the ultra Vito Quiles, a provocateur known for harassment, disinformation, and the constant spread of hoaxes. A character whose lies we debunk daily in 'El Constitucional', because there is practically no day without a new lie on his social networks, without another manipulation with the microphone in hand

What are they taking it for? To whitewash the far-right? Because whitewashing means normalizing, and normalizing means giving votes. This is something that many of us have been warning about for some time, since the Popular Party decided to change its strategy at its National Congress last summer: first to stop the leakage of votes and then to go out and fish for voters from Vox. Before they fished in the discontent of the PSOE with Pedro Sánchez; now they do it in the far-right

All of this is a way for the PP to launder the arguments and populist measures of the far-right, giving veracity to the far-right

Here is the result. Congratulations to the far-right for their great advance in Aragon, a result that, I greatly fear, can be extrapolated to Spain as a whole
