Atresmedia has announced the renewal of its collaboration agreement with the Málaga Festival, remaining as the official sponsor of the film event since 2000, an alliance that now exceeds more than 25 years and reaffirms its commitment to the audiovisual industry and national production.
The relationship with the festival, which celebrates its 29th edition in March 2026 in the Andalusian city, has accompanied the evolution of the event to turn it into a key event for Spanish cinema, both for professionals and for the general public.
In this edition, Atresmedia will bring a notable presence of content to the festival, including films such as Cada día nace un listo, Viaje al país de los blancos, Todos los colores and La familia Benetón +2, as well as the documentary Sidosa and television fictions such as Entre Tierras T2 and La Nena.
This announcement is part of the group's strategy to boost Spanish production and support local creative talent, consolidating its role as one of the main drivers of the audiovisual industry in Spain.
The Málaga Festival, organized by the Málaga City Council, once again becomes a cultural and professional meeting point for Spanish-language cinema, with the continued support of one of the country's most important media institutions.
