The TVE 'Mañaneros 360' reporter, Mikel Etxarri, had to leave the alternative concentration for Ceuta held in front of Congress after being surrounded and intimidated by dozens of attendees. The ultras pounced on the journalist and began to shout "get out" insistently until preventing him from continuing to report.

The images show Etxarri with the RTVE microphone in hand, surrounded by protesters who approach within a few centimeters, insult and push him while recording the scene with their mobile phones. The National Police had to intervene to clear a path for him and protect his exit. The journalist remained calm throughout the episode.

The aggression occurred at the protest called in front of Congress under the slogan 'Ceuta unites us', initially presented as a citizen and non-partisan mobilization. From the beginning, insults against Pedro Sánchez, attacks on press professionals, and far-right slogans were heard among numerous flags of Spain and Ceuta.

About fifty members of Núcleo Nacional, a neo-Nazi organization whose members arrived dressed in black and were surrounded by a police cordon, joined the concentration. Víctor de Aldama and Daniel Esteve, leader of Desokupa, were also present. Their attendance is accredited, although the available images do not allow attributing any participation in the harassment suffered by Etxarri.

The public television colleague ended up crossing the aisle opened by the agents with the microphone still in hand, while behind him the chorus of "get out" continued. His only task there was to report what was happening, to do his job of informing the public.
