FACUA-Consumers in Action has filed a complaint with the Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda against Live Nation España SAU, the promoter of Rosalía's concerts in Madrid and Barcelona, for applying management fees of up to 66 euros per ticket. The association considers that these charges do not correspond to a service requested by the buyer and represent an unjustified surcharge that violates consumer rights.

In addition to management fees, FACUA warns about the use of the dynamic pricing system **'Platinum'**, through which prices are adjusted based on supply and demand, creating "a sense of insecurity among buyers." The organization requests that this practice be investigated, that surcharges be ordered to be eliminated, and that, if applicable, improperly charged amounts be refunded.

The association recalls that this is not the first time Live Nation has faced similar complaints for high surcharges and variable prices for tickets to major concerts, such as those by Lady Gaga or AC/DC, and points out that these types of charges have prompted previous investigations by the consumer authority. FACUA considers that the combination of high management fees and dynamic pricing constitutes an abusive clause that directly affects users' rights.
