The president of the Popular Party and candidate for President of the Government, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has chosen "The necessary change" as the slogan for the general election campaign on November 29, a strategy that the party will launch on Thursday, November 12 with an event in Badalona (Barcelona), as reported by the party.
On Thursday, November 12, in the evening, the election campaign officially begins, in which the PP will tour all autonomous communities during the 15 days of political activity. The first major event of Alberto Núñez Feijóo will be in Badalona, together with the city's mayor and candidate for Congress for Barcelona, Xavier García Albiol.
In addition to that start, the calendar already programmed by the party includes other major events. On Saturday, November 14, the PP candidate will be in Santiago de Compostela, and on Saturday, November 21, in the middle of the campaign, he will offer another rally in Valencia.

Presentation of the electoral program on November 10
Before the formal start of the campaign, the Popular Party will present its electoral program for the general elections on Tuesday, November 10, which has been coordinated by the party's Deputy Secretary of Sectoral Affairs, Alma Ezcurra. Alberto Núñez Feijóo and Alma Ezcurra herself will participate in this event, which will take place in Madrid.
The popular party has also recalled that, after the announcement of the election call by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, three weeks ago, it displayed a large canvas on the facade of its national headquarters with the slogan "Finally". This Friday, the PP has revealed that the slogan it will use in the 15 days of campaign will be "The necessary change".
The PP insists on management and Feijóo's experience
The general secretary of the PP has indicated that, during the campaign, he wants to talk about "management", and has defended that Alberto Núñez Feijóo has 14 years of experience at the head of the Xunta de Galicia, or directing Correos or Insalud.
In that same context, he has stated that "In Feijóo's Spain, ideas are the most important thing and, therefore, we want to give them value. We are the party of proposals, we have been doing it over the last few months", and has insisted that the candidate has that trajectory to place the debate around proposals and management.
