The Government has attacked the Popular Party after the dissemination of images in which the ultra agitator Vito Quiles appears alongside popular leaders during his arrival in Ceuta after the migratory crisis that the territory has suffered. Asked about these photographs in Mañaneros, the Executive's spokesperson, Elma Saiz, was emphatic: "Photos with agitators. I know who I don't take photos with”.
The Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, has joined this reaction, raising the tone from his X account. In his message, the socialist leader stated: "Just like Alvise, Ndongo, etc., they are squad members at the service of the PP. They finance them and use them to harass left-wing politicians and sow hatred. Let the PP not come to say that it comes to unite anything, when they are the main separators of this country".

The controversy comes after several far-right groups mobilized following the massive entry of people from Morocco into Ceuta, presenting themselves as those who should "save" the city. Organizations like Núcleo Nacional and figures like Alvise Pérez or Vito Quiles spread calls on social media to travel to the autonomous city. However, their presence was met with rejection by numerous residents, who heckled them with shouts like "Vito Quiles, son of a bitch," forcing them to leave the area amidst boos.
Despite that citizen rejection, the images published by 'El Faro de Ceuta' show how Vito Quiles was received upon his arrival by the general secretary of the PP, Miguel Tellado, and by the party's deputy secretary of Economy, Juan Bravo. The dissemination of these photographs has reignited opposition criticism of the Popular Party for its relationship with the ultra agitator.

Feijóo's call to Quiles
The closeness between Vito Quiles and the Popular Party had already become evident months ago. In an interview with 'El Mundo', the ultra agitator admitted having voted for Vox in the last elections, assured that he had received proposals from both the PP and Santiago Abascal's party, and revealed that "Feijóo has called me personally and that is to be appreciated."
During the conversation, Quiles avoided revealing whether he preferred to join the PP or Vox, although he stated that he continued to receive offers from different political spheres. "I'm not going to say it because it would cause a mess, but as of today I continue to receive private offers. They tell me they count on me. I don't rule out a political future, I never have, but right now I'm not interested," he explained.
The agitator also took advantage of the interview to publicly thank the support received from the Popular Party. "I am very grateful to the Popular Party because they have treated me very well, they have defended me when things have happened to me, and Feijóo even called me personally, and that is to be appreciated. I am happy in that sense, but I continue doing my job," he stated.
The ultra dines with PP senators
It is not the first time that the relationship between Quiles and the Popular Party has generated controversy. A few months ago, 'ElPlural' exclusively published that the agitator recorded a video from the office of the PP deputy for Valencia, Alma Alfonso, in which he announced a complaint against Begoña Gómez after having harassed her. That information reinforced another exclusive previously disseminated by Mañaneros 360, which revealed that Quiles had eaten with three PP senators just 24 hours before the incident starring the wife of the Prime Minister.
According to journalist Loreto Ochando, the video was recorded in the office of the popular parliamentarian in the Congress of Deputies. The media tried to gather Alma Alfonso's version, although they could only speak with her for a minute and, subsequently, received no further answers. Nor did they receive a response from the press officer of the Popular Group in Congress or from the head of communication of the PP at its Génova 13 headquarters.
