The MEP of the far-right, Se Acabó la Fiesta (SALF), Luis ‘Alvise’ Pérez Fernández has announced that his party will run in the general elections on November 29 and that he will be the head of the list for Madrid, a decision that, as he explained, has been approved by the party's Executive Committee.
“I announce that SALF will run in the general elections with me as head of the list for Madrid, as voted by the Executive Committee of this project a few hours ago,” Alvise Pérez stated in a video shared on social media.
No tengo televisiones ni grandes lugares donde anunciarlo, pero humildemente inicio mi campaña electoral cargándome a un Embajador de Sánchez extorsionado por el espionaje Marroquí.

Alvise returns to the polls with six open criminal investigations against him
Luis ‘Alvise’ Pérez faces numerous open criminal investigations in the Supreme Court, a judicial front that includes the alleged illegal financing of SALF, possible crimes of harassment, revelation of secrets, threats, falsehood, and public disorder. The most politically relevant case is the one investigating the 100,000 euros in cash that businessman Álvaro Romillo handed over to Alvise before the 2024 European elections.
The leader of SALF himself admitted to having received the money, although he denied that it was an illegal contribution and maintained that it was related to his promise to raffle off his MEP salary. The European Parliament has lifted his immunity in several of these proceedings, allowing Spanish justice to continue the investigations. These also include those related to the alleged harassment of prosecutor Susana Gisbert and to the alleged harassment and revelation of secrets against two former SALF MEPs.
Added to this front are investigations into the alleged threats to the mayor of Algeciras, for the dissemination of an alleged fake PCR attributed to Salvador Illa, and for public disorder linked to messages disseminated during the 2024 agricultural protests. For now, all cases remain in the investigation phase and Alvise has not been criminally convicted for any of them.
From running mates to being at odds with Alvise
Nora Junco and Diego Solier were numbers two and three on the Se Acabó La Fiesta (S ALF) ticket that won three MEPs in the June 2024 European elections, with more than 800,000 votes. Alvise headed that list. The first break came in the European Parliament. In December 2024, the European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) group accepted Junco and Solier, but left Alvise out, among other reasons due to his legal problems. The two went on to work within the group's Spanish delegation, while Alvise remained an unattached MEP.
The breakup ended up being total. In May 2025, both announced that they had been for months “without any political or operational link” with Alvise and rejected his methods. Furthermore, they denounced the alleged harassment and threats received after Alvise publicly pointed them out. The confrontation also ended up in court: the Supreme Court opened an investigation against Alvise for the events related to the alleged harassment, threats, and revelation of secrets of his former running mates. Among the investigated episodes is the dissemination of Solier's personal data and content about Junco's movements.
